WellZapp is a platform to connect devices to WhatsApp Web and organize contacts, lists, templates, scheduling, number warm-up and sends. You use it at your own risk, under the rules below.
Automation on top of WhatsApp Web is not official and may violate WhatsApp's terms. There is a real risk of temporary blocking or banning of your number. WellZapp does not guarantee connection continuity, message deliverability, or the absence of blocks. You assume this risk.
The data you enter (leads, contacts, lists, messages, notes) belongs to you. WellZapp acts as a processor of that data to provide the service and does not sell, rent or trade your leads or data. Processing details are in the Privacy Policy.
Our team only accesses your account data when technically necessary: support you requested, security, maintenance, auditing or legal obligation. Sensitive administrative access is recorded in an audit trail.
Your account is protected by authentication, hashed passwords (bcrypt — the team cannot see your password), per-account isolation and access controls, with optional MFA. We do not claim data is "end-to-end encrypted" nor promise absolute security — no system is 100% secure.
Features and limits (devices, sends, quotas) depend on your plan. Modules marked as beta (e.g. the access marketplace) may not be fully functional and are honestly flagged as such. No commercial results are guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that represent abuse/risk. You may request cancellation and deletion of your account at any time through support.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellZapp is not liable for number blocks, message loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use.
These Terms may be updated; a new version requires new acceptance. Brazilian law applies, with the consumer's home jurisdiction where applicable.
